The floor had us thrown for a loop, but there was really no way to go but forward, so we just pushed onward and removed all the skins, starting with the front, back, top that folds over the sides.
With the exception of the sill board, the sides didn't look so bad for the amount of damage to the interior paneling

A lot of the rot doesn't look too bad, but the classic vintage trailer "icepick test", showed that much of the dark material needed to come out.
